Super Satisfied

LOVE!!! I’m so happy with these dr. Martens. I am an 8.5 usually sometimes 9 and rarely an 8 but Dr. Martens run big so I’ve been consistently an 8 in all of the docs I’ve purchased. These are comfortable and super cute with jeans and with or without a sock they fit great.

Tight arch

I ordered a size down which the length of the shoe was perfect but the arch is so low I could barely get my foot inside! The area underneath the laces is extremely flat and tight with no give at all. Also the insole only runs half way through the shoe.

Going take some time to break in

These kind of remind me of the patent leather shoes the military have to wear with their class A uniforms. Not what I had in mind when I ordered them but I’ll make it work somehow

Can't Wait to Wear Them Out

Other reviews weren't kidding about these being narrow. If regular Dr. Martens fit width wise, these might be too narrow for you. I usually wear a size 9 in shoes, but I have two other pairs of Dr. Martens' boots in a size 8 that fit, so went with the 8 in these and they fit perfectly.

8us/6uk is a LARGE size 8

THESE ARE SO CUTE. I am a bit of a normally large size 8, and these were too big in the us 8/uk 6 size (the shoe also said 39). I could stick a whole finger in the heel area. I hated to, but I returned. Unfortunately they are sold out of the smaller size.

Sizing

They are comfortable and feel okay when I walk on carpet, a little too snug to try outside. I might return them. I normally wear a 7.5 medium width and I bought the 7 medium.

I love the look of Dr. Martens and this shoe is beautiful. The fit is not like other Dr. Martens I have in my closet. This is cut very narrow, too bad I had to return them.
