Make look Wide shoulder

The neckline is too wide open which makes my shoulders look much wider than they are. The fabric is nice, and I really like the polka-dot print. However, the overall fit makes me look heavier than I am. I normally wear a Medium, but I think I would need to size down for this blouse. While I love the material and the print, the fit just isn't flattering on me.
