Bought this for a beach wedding. I’m 5’5’ and 175lbs, bought a 12 and it’s a bit loose in the bust but fits well elsewhere. If in doubt, sizing down is the right call because it’s got a tie-belt that can accommodate fluctuations up and down. For length it hits right at my ankles, can wear with or without heels.
