Very poor quality.
The shoe is super cute with jeans or dress slacks. However, after a few wears (and only had the shoes for two months) the shoe started to fall apart. The top of the shoe started to pull away from the sole. In addition the raffie stretched and became loose fitting. Lastly the shoes squeak horribly.

Classy summer cane/rafia loafer.
I love the look of these summery tassel loafers, super classy and old school. They are a bit stiff out of the box. I will wear socks or peds until broken in. Great quality and true to size. Wear them with just about everything. I purchased them to wear with a linen suit. Very happy with this purchase!

Stitching not comfortable
The shoe is stitched with hard nylon thread. OUCH!, I had to clip the ends of some of the inside stitches that were tied! The knots were not clipped and were rough! OUCH!, I love Donald Pliner shoes but for the price these should have been sewn with a better thread!! Come on Donald you are a a top shoe designer! I expect better quality!, What happened to your quality control??
