so disappointed
The boots arrived early - great - thrown in a plastic bag which was tossed into a shipping box - the suede on the boots was all scratched and scuffed, the leather was all wrinkled and the soles looked like someone tried to clean them up. I didn’t even try them on - I was grossed out

These boots were a real disappointment. The quality of the leather was so poor, hard to believe it was really leather. The zipper was difficult to zip. Only positive was tts.

Poor quality & design - a real shame
So disappointing. The boot is half “regular” leather and half suede. The suede was poor quality - stiff with an uneven nap; it looked and felt cheap. I am 5’2” and the boot shaft was too high, ending in the middle of my knee. Every time I took a step the boot cut into my leg. It is such a shame because the lines of the boot are elegant and the foot bed is comfortable. This could have been a real winner.
