Ginata Ballet Flat (Women)

I would give this a zero if I could. The first time I ordered these shoes I received two right shoes, so I returned them and waited to see if another pair in my size (6.5) would appear on the website. When it did, I ordered it, and received the same exact pair of two tight shoes, but this time in a damaged box with no lid. There is obviously zero quality control at Nordstrom Rack- I have no idea how this could have happened twice. Now my only option is to return these shoes, because they have no other pairs smaller than an 8, and they will be relisted on the site for someone else to receive two right shoes. Ridiculous.

shoes are supppperrr cute and look exactly like the picture, but they do run small and narrow. i ordered a size up and they fit. i’ll definitely need to break these in since my foot is a little wider. i have short toes and the toe box seems too short and kind of awkwardly sits on the toe. i’m hoping that once they are fully broken in they’ll fit and wear nicely.
