weird cotton

I did return this sweater for a smaller size but also in hopes the cotton is softer. It claim a to be 100% cotton but it was a rough kind with a weird smell.

Material is not soft, kind of heavy knit. Cropped. Rhinestones are not very shiny. Would not recommend
