They sold me a used machine
First off it was dirty like someone used it before....then it didn't even work...I paid over 50 bucks for one that was returned...I am very upset

Works well, it just never lasts long
This is my 3rd shaved ice machine, and I love the dash brand! I’ve been through plenty of different ones but dash isn’t far the fastest, and smoothest one BUT the little corner piece that screws the plastic in place ALWAYSSSS breaks and makes the machine un workable . The first one didn’t even last a few months, this last time I purchased it in the end of January and now it is the first week of May and guess what? The middle part broke in the middle of me making ice. Now, I do use this machine religiously every single day but only to last 3 months??? It’s crazy.
