Serve & Preserve Electric Wine Set

I think I got a wine opener said that either had a bad battery or harder or contacts or something because I left it charging overnight like it says to at least charge for 12 hours the 1st time before using and then A-day later when I went to open a bottle of wine, it wouldn't open the wine because it was dying during trying to use it and couldn't even open the wine it was so slow and dragging so then I tried to charge it again And it just doesn't seem to hold a charge long enough or strong enough to open my wine bottle, 1 let alone 30 Like it's supposed to so I don't know how long it's supposed to be able to sit there with a charge but it doesn't hold a good charge because a few months later I went to use it and it wouldn't work at all. The blue light is the neatest thing But the instructions say when it's not fully charged it's supposed to Flash blue and when it's done charging it's supposed to stay solid but sitting on the charger when it's supposed to be charging it just is solid blue and it doesn't Flash even when I put it on the charger when it's completely dead. It hasn't worked since I got the unit. Maybe I just got a bad unit.
