Maybe my ankles are too skinny but I had to pull the strap to the very end of the Velcro to get the shoe fit snuggly. The Velcro opened when I was test walking in my house, so I decided to return these, although I loved them.

Dansko is my go-to shoe brand now. This is my 4th pair. These sandals are designed so that there is nothing that rubs my toes where the average shoes do. These can be worn with shorts or with skirts/dresses. Nice neutral color.
