Smocked Drop Waist Stretch Organic Cotton Midi Dress

I feel so precious in it! Ended up returning the one I bought here for a better deal in a different store in the same mall on the SAME DAY, in the SAME SIZE, but regardless, it looked cute and fit well at both stores! I do have some issues with it accordion-ing at the ruching on the lower back because my *figure* makes it ride up, but other than that, it fits like a glove!

Love, love, love this dress, BUT too orange. I took a chance but this dress is not red in anyway. Such an amazing fit, TTS. I bought the 8US. I’m usually a M or 8. 5’4”, 140 lbs, 36D. It fits perfect and I love the bows with the peek-a-boo front. Super sweet with a touch of sexy. If this was a true red I would keep it but orange makes me look old and tired. Wish there were other colors.

Beyond flattering on! Even when I’m so bloated, the ruching makes me look snatched. I will say - it is a lightweight cotton fabric in a vibrant color: when you sweat, you see it. But that’s all to be expected imho. It is a bit sheer, as all of this brand’s colored lightweight cotton is, so just don’t wear dark underwear and you’ll be fine. I don’t think it’s super elegant, but I just wear a bra as usual under and hope the bows hide it enough. It’s pretty easy to style and doesn’t feel too revealing in front. I kind of forgot it was open until my sister said, “I see you bra, btw.”

This dress is very flattering on. Red is one of my favorite colors, so when I saw this dress, I had to try it on. It did not disappoint! It has a nice fitted waist and hugs the upper hip. The puff sleeves are very cute. For the record, My body type is petite, 5'2" and weight 120 lbs. It was very flattering and did not make my hips look big! It will have to be shortened a tad , and Im saving a piece from the hem to place in the bodice to cover the lower opening.
