Frustrating refund process
I bought these as a gift. They arrived in a plastic sack and look used. I went through the steps of a return. The QR code they sent for a label and did not work. So I had to print a label - fine, whatever. I got the most upset about the refund. I paid with a credit card, but my refund was issued in the form of a gift card. Even though their refund policy states your refund will be in the form of the original payment. I have not heard back from their “customer care” regarding my refund - I do not want a gift card as I will not order anything from Nordstrom Rack again. I am incredibly frustrated with my experience.

Jokes on me!
I have to be honest...I bought 2 pairs of slippers online because I couldn't decide which kind one I wanted, which one would feel the best on my problem feet. I figured I'd try them both on and then return the one that wasn't the most comfortable. Well, I ended up keeping both of them! Everything was so easy to do; finding the slippers that I wanted, ordering them, their delivery and finally, trying them on! Heaven!!!
