Flexi Wren High Waist Slim Straight Leg Jeans

You know how some jeans have a bad smell you can’t wash out? These have that problem! $248 for cheap jeans that smell awful? Yikes. This is from a poor dye job. This is because the factory that made these doesn’t do quality work. Crazy for this price. Besides the smell, the fit is awkward. Super long with super incredibly high waist. Maybe if I wanted my jeans to cover my entire foot and could not smell, then I would like these? If you don’t mind jeans that smell, just wait for these to make it to your Nordstrom Rack. They’ll be a lot cheaper then. But honestly, these smell so gross that I wouldn’t buy them — not even for 5 dollars.

These feel very similar to a comfy pair of light stretch Mother Brand denim jeans and I’m here for it! A little wider than skinny jeans so my boots should fit under them very easily. Great length, no need to cuff or hem, I’m 5’8”/144 for reference and I took a 28. I normally wear a 29, I tried both for reference and the 28 went on just as easily and with a bit of stretch should be perfect. They aren’t super high, nor are they mid rise. I think they are a really great fit and very well proportioned.

I have tried endless amounts of straight leg jeans, which I feel like are harder to find right now, and these are great. Actually high rise, not too tight at the ankle. I intend on wearing these with my boots so the length is ok for me. I’m 5’5” 130 athletic and 26 size works best for me. I’m usually a 26 in this brand. I ordered a similar pair of jeans that are more cropped in hopes of wearing those with my flats and lower heeled shoes. Super comfortable I’d get these in other colors if I could.

These jeans look nothing like the photo. They aren’t high rise; I’d say more mid rise. They fit too tight through the stomach area and too loose around the thighs and legs. They are also super long. I’m 5ft 7in, and I would have had to have them hemmed. I really want a straight leg pair of jeans, but so far I’ve been disappointed. Returning.
