Textured Stitch Crewneck Sweater

This sweater is lovely and soft, the fit was perfect. I wore it for the first time while on vacation, covered by a coat almost all day. After wearing it for approximately four hours, I took my coat off to have dinner and there three large snags in the front of the sweater, one under the right arm and two on my back. These were not small snags, they were sweater-ruining snags. I see no way to try and save this sweater and since I bought it three months ago, it is past the return timeframe. I have no idea how this sweater snagged so much the first time I wore it. I literally had a coat on all day and unzipped it a couple of times and re-zipped it. I never saw the fabric get stuck in the zipper and I have no clue how the snag under my arm and on my back happened. Do not buy this sweater- it’s pretty, warm and soft - but it is not durable at all.

Bought this on sale and love how soft it is. I’ve seen some other reviews mention snagging — I haven’t worn it yet, so I can’t comment on that. But honestly, for the price point, it feels like a great find and I’m very happy with it. For size reference, I usually wear an L (or XL if I want an oversized fit). I ordered the L in this sweater and it fits really well, so I’d say it runs true to size.
