Effortless 27-Inch High Rise Slim Straight Leg Jeans

I love how Curve Appeal jeans fit me as a short lady with curves and a big behind, but my god — THE SMELL. I washed them twice in Tide on cold and used white vinegar in the rinse cycle. They still smelled. I soaked them overnight in warm water and OxiClean before washing on a heavy-duty rinse. They still smelled. I soaked them overnight in Borax and warm water. They still smelled. I soaked them in 64 oz of vinegar for hours and then ran a heavy wash with Lysol Laundry Detergent. Finally, the smell lifted! It’s not my apartment’s washers — they’re well-maintained, high-quality Maytag machines. It’s the nasty, disgusting, chemical reek that refuses to budge. It’s awful. Shame on you, Curve Appeal. I’ve worn your jeans for years without this issue. Why do your new pairs suddenly have this hideous stink, and why did it take 4 washes and 5 different products to defeat? I’m so exhausted. Please stop using whatever chemicals make your jeans reek like this. They’re so stylish and fit so well, and this is gravely disappointing. It happened with two pairs I ordered in April 2024, so it’s not a fluke. Didn’t happen with my pair ordered in December 2021. Whatever happened in between, fix it, for the love of god. Thank you.
