Slow, distorted, and quiet sound.
My Crosley Brio arrived yesterday and I was so excited to use it. It worked perfectly for maybe 2 hours and then all of a sudden the sound of the record started to slow. I thought it was weird but maybe I had been playing it too long. Tried it again today and the sound is still slow and, now the speakers are so quiet. They are barely putting out any sound. I tried every troubleshooting option that I could find online- double checking the speed, replugging in all the cables, changing the needle, making sure the belt was connected, cleaning the record. Nothing is working. It’s brand new. I’m so disappointed.

Absolute garbage. Blew out and broke within 30 days.

Defective. Won’t turn on.
Defective. Won’t turn on right out of the box. Very disappointing. I know it’s cheap, but it should at least turn on.

Very low quality
This product is extremely disappointing if you are looking for a high quality listening experience. The speakers sound awful and are only spring loaded, so heavy bass sounds bad. Strong vocals sound warped and heavily mixed songs sound washed out. No dust cover, so prepare to constantly clean your records. I bought an RCA to 3.5 mm converter to use my stereo speakers and it only sounded about 5% better.
I got this setup as a birthday present and I’m very unhappy with it.
