brand new device didnt work
We bought this record player as a gift for my daughter 16th birthday. When we took it out of the box, the record player would not even turn on.. we tried to troubleshoot a few different options and even changed the power cord and we still could not get the record player to turn on.

brand new device didnt work
We bought this record player as a gift for my daughter 16th birthday. When we took it out of the box, the record player would not even turn on.. we tried to troubleshoot a few different options and even changed the power cord and we still could not get the record player to turn on.

Slow, distorted, and quiet sound.
My Crosley Brio arrived yesterday and I was so excited to use it. It worked perfectly for maybe 2 hours and then all of a sudden the sound of the record started to slow. I thought it was weird but maybe I had been playing it too long. Tried it again today and the sound is still slow and, now the speakers are so quiet. They are barely putting out any sound. I tried every troubleshooting option that I could find online- double checking the speed, replugging in all the cables, changing the needle, making sure the belt was connected, cleaning the record. Nothing is working. It’s brand new. I’m so disappointed.

Absolute Waste of Money
Absolute garbage. Blew out and broke within 30 days.

Defective. Won’t turn on.
Defective. Won’t turn on right out of the box. Very disappointing. I know it’s cheap, but it should at least turn on.
