Strap for sport mode is too small. Manufacturing defect
The shoe fit my daughter but it's tight when it's on sports mode because somehow the back of the strap does not align with the heel of the shoes so when you put the strap up on your heel, it makes it tight. Therefore my daughter can't wear it to school. I wasted my money on this pair for sure
