People just don't care
I have bought items from this store before and have been happy with them. However, this isn't the case with this Jacket. It was so wrinkled it looked like someone just balled it up and threw it in
the box. I had to spend money and take it to the cleaner just to get the wrinkles out. Needless to say, I wasn't happy.
