Exceeded my expectations!
Got these right before a major snowstorm and spent two weeks walking every day in these boots on ice and through snow. Not only did my feet stay warm and dry, they kept me surefooted even on the very icy roads and parking lots. They're true to size and very comfortable.

On the coldest of days, reach for these boots.
On the coldest day yet in Chicago with -7 degrees, (yes! you read that correctly) , these boots have kept me toasty. Earlier this week was slightly (ahem!) warmer and went caroling at night with these on as a test. While my fingers lost feeling, the Cougar boots kept my feet warm and the grip was good. I originally found these a tad big, but tightened the laces and it improved a bit with some wiggle room for the toes. If anything changes, will be updating with those results.
