Chuck Taylor All Star Lift Plaid Low Top Platform Sneaker (Women)

I wanted to LOVE this pair so badly! Love the delicate ribbon in the back and who doesn’t want a subtle plaid in their daily wardrobe but the fit was poor. I followed the recommendation to go a half size down. I’m 8.5 with a bunion so the 8 was snug, plus my heel felt like the shoes were coming off easily, like it wasn’t deep enough to hold foot in place. The other negative was the discomfort on top of feet (metatarsals) with each step. Weird and uncomfortable. That would have been my 7th pair of Converse to rotate. Unfortunately I had to return it. Someone else’s feet may be happier with them. Lucky chic!!
