Ladies this dress is perfect. It's flowy but has seams around the bodice that give a lovely feminine silhouette, it's got pockets, the material is silky, comfortable and breathable yet thick enough to conceal lumps and bumps, and the length is long enough for work (I'm 5'9). I went with my normal size.
