Good hiking/walking shoe not waterproof
I bought this shoe because it I thought I could trust Columbia and their reputation. The shoe is well made and pretty comfortable for hiking and walking. However, I mainly bought this shoe because it was featured as waterproof. I walk my dog early morning and sometimes I have to walk on wet grass. My socks are not soaking wet (like my running shoes) but are still wet when I get home. I think water resistance would be better description. BTW I did not buy these shoes as a promotion.

Very comfortable shoes

I was right! The colors oh my
Needed a really good daily shoe. With 2 knee, 1 hip, shoulder eplacements as well as 4 back surgeries the complete right shoe is a must. I have been using my mid cut boot from Columbia that work just great. I thought I'd try a low cut shoe. Tennis shoes don't cut it. Have to admit I laughed when I ordered them, I mean the colors. Oh wow! 75 year old with these.
