the most comfortable flats
I wasn’t looking for flats at all but tried these on and didn’t want to take them off. So comfortable and loved the soft gold. Can’t be paired with many outfits.

Warning
I thought I ordered the black patent, in fact, that is what it says on the box. However, upon opening the box, I discovered that I had a pair of black and white patent. But that wasn’t the worst of it, I couldn’t even get my toes into the shoe. Every other pair of shoes I own are size 6. I do hope Nordstrom’s will accept the return.

Length was okay, but there was an awkward gap on the sides. The overall quality felt mediocre. Cole Haan used to make high quality shoes. Now it seems they’re using lower quality, rough, stiff leather that’s not soft and buttery like before. The lining was synthetic. Didn’t love so returned. I wish Cole Haan would go back to their roots and consistency produce high quality products.

Really nice ballet flats
Was looking for a nude ballet and the Cole Haan nude worked for me. Liked that it had a square toe, which made it a more contemporary style. Usually wears a size 7, but had to go up 1/2 size on this shoe. CH has been erratic in its sizing of late. The 7 used to fit me, but nowadays depending on the design of the shoes, have to go either 1/2 size up or down.

great flat
I am a true size 7 with a narrow foot. These fit great, have a little cushion, and are easy to walk in. My heel didn’t slip out whenever I walked. I also typically wear a large bandaid on the back of my heel anytime I wear flats to keep from getting blisters. Although I’ve only walked around my house in these shoes today, they seem to be great fit.

Theft protection device caution
The shoes were fine. However, a word of caution that theft protection devices placed on shoes can leave permanent dents in the shoe and you can't see it until the device is removed at the register...so check. My shoe had damage.
