I purchased the coat last year. Color of the coat is beautiful and it fits perfectly but the coat got bobbled after couple of months. Looks like fabric is very cheap. I wish I could return it. I am very disappointed by the quality.

Fits a certain body type, disappointed in quality
Fit is clunky- too big in bust, too narrow in hips. And the top snap fell off after first wear.

I get so many compliments on this coat. The fit is great and true. A little disappointed that it’s already piling on the arms and I haven’t worn it that much. I got it on sale so I guess I can’t complain too much for the price. Would buy again.

Coat Switcheroo: polyester for wool
I loved everything about this coat - the style, the cut, the color. What I didn’t like was the listed 57% wool coat was 100% polyester! Polyester is not wool. I returned the coat. Shame on Cole Haan and Nordstrom for.listing the coat as wool when it wasn’t. I now know “soft” means synthetic.

I tried a lot of coats - this one is the B-E-S-T!
I've been looking for a versatile coat for casual and date nights and this is it! I was hesitant at first because twill fabrics tend to be stiff. This coat drapes beautifully, is super soft and hits at the perfect length for dresses and great with jeans! It's not boxy as I thought it might be by the pictures. It skims the body perfectly to accommodate sweaters. There is no "yellow" in the color.
I wear a 10 in dresses (larger chest) and 6 in jeans/pants. I usually order a 10 in coats and bought a 10 - perfect-true to size!
I paid full price (which 99% of the time I DO NOT) and have no regrets with this great quality and style!
