Cole Haan dropped the ball
These fit a little loose, so I returned them as an exchange for a smaller size. Problem is, they never shipped the replacement, and instead refunded my card a week later when I contacted them to ask for status. You ask for a review on shoes I didn't get to wear? This is what you get
