So uncomfortable
Very uncomfortable. Heel feels very high and is at a strange angle, plus and it feels like I am walking directly on wood. And apparently they are final sale and not returnable.

I bought the boots as a gift for my wife. She didn't like them but after driving an hour to the store to return them, I was told they were final sale. I didn't see this on your site at time of purchase. Very disappointed.
