worn and dirty, disappointing and unhygienic
I am writing regarding the order I received for a pair of shoes. Unfortunately, the item arrived in unacceptable condition:
The shoes were shipped in a grocery plastic bag, with no proper packaging.
The shoes are worn, dirty, and clearly used, despite being sold as new.
This was an extremely disappointing and unhygienic shopping experience.

worn and dirty soles
I can’t believe that I am the third person with the same review. I was given these shoes with no box and the soles clearly showed signs of wear since it was scuffed with black marks. If it didn’t say final sale, I would return them, but it definitely doesn’t appear to be a coincidence that 3 people has received these shoes worn. Shame.
