worn and dirty, disappointing and unhygienic
I am writing regarding the order I received for a pair of shoes. Unfortunately, the item arrived in unacceptable condition: The shoes were shipped in a grocery plastic bag, with no proper packaging. The shoes are worn, dirty, and clearly used, despite being sold as new. This was an extremely disappointing and unhygienic shopping experience.
