Zero value for your money
The shoe started expanding at both sides as you can see in the picture. I wear a 9.5 in all other Coole shoes, and same size here, however, this shoe right here is off and not only expands , it will also start hurting on your toes after 2-3hours wearing the shoes. I do not recommend it!!

Low quality Heels
I wore these shoes literally for 2 hours the first time and the heel tips got destroyed!! Like the shoes and now I have to figure out how to fix the heels. Quite disappointed in Cole Haan, thought they were a decent brand.
