Awkward look for a Penny Loafer
I wouldn't call these loafers "classic" at all. While they are very comfortable, the clunky soles give them an awkward look...almost like a penny loafer boat shoe. I really wanted to like them, but I was in the market for a classic look and these shoes did not pass the test.

Good look. Odd fit.
I liked this shoe a lot, especially the color contrast. It is definitely large, though. The space between the collar and the tongue, though seems large. I tried this in three different sizes. My foot slipped out the back of each.

Unfathomably based
Haven’t bought any Cole Haan’s in probably 10 years. I hadn’t even really considered to look at their non hybrid sneaker offerings. These are super comfy, with a slight lug sole, and made with quality materials.
I ordered a half size down as recommended and they fit perfect. A little tight at first, but loosened up without slipping off my heel. 10/10 I am BACK on Cole Haan baby.
