Broken in 3 weeks
very disappointed with this product. I have a lot of Clarks that I had for several years, but this particular one was initially very comfortable, but after 2-3 weeks not intensive use less than an hour a day, sole cracked. It is most likely a manufacturing defect, but I couldn't do anything about it. I could not get a refund or replacement, because 30 days return period already passed.

Comfortable but soles are slippery
I like these sandals as they are very comfortable and attractive. I did take off a star because their soles are slippery. I have hardwood floors and my shoes slip on them when I walk. Even outside on concrete, they slip somewhat. I’m hoping that as they age, they will slip less. In the meantime I am careful when I walk in them.

Comfy but bad delivery
Although these were really comfy, I had to return them because they were stained and clearly previously used. The white soles had some staining that wouldn't come off. I ordered these online so they were shipped home. I have already returned them.
