Poor packaging, looks used
The watch arrived in very poor packaging condition. The box has visible dents, scratches, and damaged corners, and the inside packaging was poorly placed. Overall, it looks like the item had already been opened or previously owned. This is unacceptable for a product sold as new and very disappointing for a Citizen watch.
