Noah Velvet Halter Maxi Dress

Not sure why the other reviewer only gave this dress only 3 stars. For me it is DEFINITELY a 5-STAR dress. The quality is beautiful. It reminds me of the quality dresses of a bygone era. It has an ADJUSTABLE built in bra which is great for making it sit exactly where it should on your frame. The strap is also adjustable with 3 notches. I may personally have it shortened a bit more but that is a super inexpensive and simple fix. I purchased a size 00 and I’m 5’4” and 101-103 lbs on any given day and this fits me perfectly - it’s not super tight in the waist or hips so I suspect this would also work for someone up to the 110lb size depending on their frame. It probably hits a little longer on my than in the photo but I’ll wear a high heel and it she still work perfectly. Truly, truly amazing quality - which is the standard from Cinq a Sept . I plan on wearing this for holiday parties and I also have a roaring 20’s party coming up I think this may work perfectly for because it definitely has a deco vibe. It also came with the tags, in the Cinq a Sept bag and hanger and is perfect NWT condition. Can’t wait to wear this! Got this on clearance and it is such a great deal.
