way too balloon-shaped and unflattering

bold The dress is extremely balloon-shaped and unflattering. It has way too much fabric and puffs out around the waist and hips. It looks nothing like the fit shown in the picture. Very disappointed with the fit and would not recommend it. Runs small tight on top and huge on bottom.
