Too right around the waist

Whimsical print and nice fabric. However, it is too snug around the waist line. I have an average build with 36 inch chest and 29 inch waist line, but the waist line is two inches too tight.

sizing issue

Couldn’t even get it over my hips and not even close on the zip and I don’t have wide hips. I’m a size m/l normally so this is very off. Seems well made and lined. Shame it didn’t fit
