How to use: Apply your Rouge Louboutin Velvet Matte lipstick on your lips by beginning from the center of the lips outwards for a perfectly homogeneous result. Nail Colour: Apply one coat of base coat and then let it dry for 2 minutes. Apply 2 coats of the Nail Colour and then let it dry 2 minutes Apply one coat of top coat to make your colour last.
