Broken product in poor condition
I ordered this product to arrive in the store, but at the time they delivered it to me it came broken in a bag and I told the person and they did not solve me, they only told me that they could not change it or return it because it was the final product, but I do not think they have the right to deliver a broken and perhaps used product.
