Came in plastic bag. no box...
This necklace should have never been put on a jump ring for the original value at almost $200. Pretty but not good quality. The whole process has been stressful & disappointing. Nordstrom, please be nicer to your people on the phone when they're having issues with shipment and delivery. Please put high value products in boxes, not bags to get lost in the mail....
