Too Heavy for a Chaco Shoe

Great cushion for my heel
My feet and heel hurt constantly. These sandals are the ONLY pair of shoes that make my feet feel normal.
I don’t know why, I wish I did. The heel does have a bit od cushion….but I believe the thick heel also provides cushion. So….for me….these sandals are EXACTLY what I needed. And they look great too!

Sooo dissatisfied!
I’ve been wearing Chacos since early 2000s. I resoled my first pair and plan to get the straps replaced soon. So, I am disappointed with the inconsistent production of these sandals. I bought a brown and black pair. The side loops on the interior of the black sandals dig into the bottom side of my foot and when I wear them and I don’t know if I will ever be able to wear them long enough to possibly get them broken in. The brown pair are better and we will see how it goes. Your company is better than this show it.

I don’t know what everyone is complaining about on the reviews for the sandals, they fit me perfect and they’re so comfortable. Nice and snug, and they are not heavy at all if you’re used to platform shoes. If you’re not used to platform shoes, then I understand how they could feel “ heavy “
