Very cute blouse, runs small
I have this blouse in three colors. My usual small in CeCe tops was very small in this style. Returned the smalls and ordered mediums and they fit great. It is mildly flowy and hits mid-hip. The ruffle is a nice style feature that isn’t “too much.” For reference, I’m 5‘2“ 136 lbs.

A nice spring blouse, but you may need to size up
A very cute blouse, great colors and fabric, and flattering, but I found it fit very tightly in the bust, so I returned for a larger size.

Pretty blouse, runs small - for me
I have a couple of CeCe blouses that are size small and fit great. So I ordered this top in size small, but it was too small everywhere - under the arms, in the bust and across the body. I returned it and reordered the medium, and it fits great. I like the top so much I ordered it in 2 more colors. The style is simple but the tasteful ruffles set it apart. The neck is a nice v-neck - not too low. The fabric is flowy and a nice weight for Spring. For reference, I am 5' 2", 135 lbs. I am happy with this purchase.

Nice Top - Sizing Not Consistent
I have another of this exact same top in the same size that fits me perfectly and I love it. This one is larger in some areas, but not overall. When I wear it I find myself adjusting all the time because it slips around on me. Aggravating. Same great fabric - doesn’t wrinkle, dries fast. Great for travel. Cute extra touches, makes it great for casual or dress. There just does not seem to be consistency in sizing between different colors. I’m still keeping it, just will be frustrated when I wear it.
