Strange back side
Love the way this vest fits and looks in the front. Agree with other reviews about warmth. The navy with maroon lining version is pretty.
However! I can't believe no other reviews have mentioned how it flaires excessively in the back, on the bottom half, due to the way it's shaped and cinched with elastic. It just looks strange! Perhaps if you are tall and skinny as a twig it will not flair so much. Unfortunately will return.

Love, love, love!
I have been eyeing this Cavalry vest for a while so when I saw that it was on (a random) sale, I purchased it immediately! I purchased the navy/merlot and it is beautiful! I find that I typically need to go up 1 size in Barbour jackets. I am usually a size 4 (5'2", 128), but I got this in a size 6. It's a great vest and a great investment as well.
I have the Cavalry jacket in navy as well and I love that too!

Runs small
Really cute look. Love this brand. I have the fleece lined vest also and it fits perfectly. I read the reviews that it runs small so I ordered one size up. Should have ordered 2 sizes up. Fits fine at Shoulders but that was all! Couldn’t even pretend to snap it closed.
