second time wrong item arrived
Super frustrated second time Nordstrom has sent the wrong size to me. I ordered a medium and a small arrived. And now the medium is sold out! Super frustrating and when you try to call you get the automated system which is no help.

Nice material; not fitted
I wanted to love this peacoat. The weight is nice, the buttons are great and the coat feels really nice and warm. However, it was too boxy for my slim and petite frame, so I had to return it.
