Super Soft Sweater
I was looking for a heavier weight sweater, this one ticked all the boxes. I find the rust is a very versatile color, and I liked the slightly cropped length and detail on neckline and cuffs.

Bad smell
As other reviewers have noted, there is a strong unpleasant smell after the first wash. I thought it smelled like wet dog. I've washed it multiple times and added borax, vinegar, baking soda... I've tried all the laundry tricks and nothing works to get the smell completely out. Bummer!

Lovely sweater
I purchased this sweater in both the gray stripe and the blue. Fortunately, neither of them had the odor problem other reviewers mentioned. I love that they’re a wool/cotton blend because there should be little to no pilling, the sizing is great, and they’re wonderfully warm and comfortable. I’m hoping that Nordstrom/Caslon bring this sweater back next year in more colors.

Perfect sweater
This is a perfect sweater IMO. I am a petite, but the length is absolutely perfect for a short person. I can imagine it is fab on a taller person too. I really like the way the neck rolls, but it is not too tall or too tight!

Caslon Wool & Cotton sweater
Loved the blue color-not quite like picture-a little more purple in the blue but beautiful color. I loved it. Alas it has an odd pull and it’s in the front and quite noticeable. Really disappointed. I’m going to see if Nordstrom tailor can work a little magic. A cotton wool blend is quite useful for me as I travel up and down the East coast. And it’s a nice design. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a nice little sweater. Of course I ordered it in black- low inventory we’ll see.
