Eyelet Embroidery Cotton Shirtdress

The cotton fabric of the dress and lining, and the eyelet work is wonderful. The green Celtic is an amazing color. But, as others have said, the waist runs small—which gives it an odd fit. The skirt part of the dress is a bit strange—nicely pleated in the front but mostly flat in the back. I felt like it was almost two different dresses. Had the back been different, I would have put up with the waist, but not both. It is really a shame to have to return this lovely dress but I would be self-conscious wearing it.
