Acrylic and polyester not wool
I wanted to like this but turns out it’s mostly made out of terrible materials. I normally love this brand, but this shirt makes me question the quality of the new stuff. It is so awfully itchy.

Great shirt, more warmth needed.
I bought mine and I still have after all this time. I would recommend layering underneath it. It is not as warm as they say they are. But I would buy it again but these shirts do go a little bit oversized. By one side smaller than what you usually wear because it is a loose fit. I went for a small and I should have gone the extra small instead.

Warm and soft.
Pleasant material, warm and soft. My only minor gripe is the sizing. I bought an XL and it is large in the body and short in the sleeves, so I have to roll them up when I wear it.

Canada shirt for a Canadian
The first Fjallraven product I ever bought was the Canada shirt in the classic true to Canada red black plaid colour. I am 5’11’ and 215lbs. I bought this shirt in XL.
Cons: the shirt is a little long in length for me but I don’t know if this shirt was ever made in a long or reg version. The label displays “XL, comfort fit” I was between the L and XL so I chose the XL for layering.
Pros: Tough wool shirt! Comfortable! Warm! Colours never faded! Shirt never shrunk in the wash! Sleeves are long enough not to ride up. I always worry about snaps failing on garmets but the snaps on my shirt have yet to fail! Well done Fjallraven!
I have used this shirt for years now for cutting wood, camping, ice fishing and general wear.
I have no regrets on this purchase. I would definitely buy it again and that says a lot since I barely ever wear button up type shirts as I prefer pull over types with zip collars.
