Voyageur 20-Inch Spinner Carry-On

I purchased this case and another for a trip to New York. The wheels are not going to last for any additional trips , there is a large hole in the side after being in baggage claim (I’ve contacted the airport also) but this bag should have held up . I cannot believe this had this much damage after 1 use. I would absolutely not purchase again. The handle also keeps shifting down while pulling the case. I’ve had a lot of different luggage and this was terrible . It also had a large rip on the inside zipper as if it had been used . I had to go on my trip the next day so I opted to just use it , but then the wheels look like they’re about to break off . My London dog luggage held up great from TJ max. Wheels look brand new still and no outer damage to the case . Handle functioned well. Cal pak what’s going on with the quality ?
