Mispicked and stocked out… Huge loss for me
Shipped the wrong product. I was shipped a $300 Rails women’s dress from Nordstrom. I brought it in to return and asked for a little bit more credit since they were making money off this and they just refunded me the balance for the pants and wouldn’t give me the dress back. I could have given it to my daughter or wife!
