Not designed for me

I like the dress and the fact that the fabric seemed to be wind-friendly. It's short but because of the type of fabric, I don't see it revealing anything on a windy day. I'm, 140 lbs, 34A and 5'3" and the small fit me fine except for the chest area. I guess my breast size is not compatible with the design. I did not like how no matter which strapless bra I wore, some parts were visible and because of my small chest, I just felt like I couldn't fill in the area. Sadly, it's going back.
