Carmen Tie Ruffle Cuff Blazer

I am very disappointed this was a fail. I absolutely luv the material and I luv the ruffles but the cut/fit is odd and it runs small. It should button slightly higher than it does. Where it comes together currently is not flattering and makes a gap. I considered buying one size larger and seeing if I could move the button up but that is just too much work. So wanted to luv it, but I don't, will be returning unfortunately. Boo!
