Beautiful Dress/Blouse
I like everything about this dress. Actually, I use it as a blouse/tunic. The cut is very good. The colors are beautiful. The fabric is nice and quite thick. I bought two different colors. I will shop "By Design" again.

See-through, awkward fit, poorly made
Un bagging this dress, I noticed that several of the buttons already had loose strings. When trying on the dress, it was tight around the hips which I bought a larger size to have a very loose fit, with other brands I have not had this problem. Cuffs were huge and I wasn’t sure of how they were supposed to fit because they were at least 5 inches wider than my wrist. Will return. I love all my other by design purchases… this one is a miss for me.

Worst Tailoring ever!!!!
I never write reviews but this one needed to be written. The dress was ill fitting and looked like it had been tailored by an elementary school child for a classroom project. It is in no way long sleeved. The sleeves were short and uneven. Buyer be aware!!!!
